I have reflux. Bands are always too tight and I feel like ripping my bras off. This bra has the softest band and it does not restrict my upper torso. I would recommend this bra to anyone that gets bloated easily. I would recommend it even if you don't! I'm just super impressed with the softness and stretchiness of the band. I did order several sizes up. I measure about a 38D. I ordered a 4xl. If you are a larger cup then I'm not sure how the smaller sizes will fit. This bra is also very pretty a true bonus! I just ordered another.
